We also spend time identifying your ‘softer skills’ and on the best cultural and organisational fit for you.

We take a fully proactive approach to help identify your next role - alongside discussing any existing vacancies we are recruiting, we will put together a personal marketing strategy designed to identify the organisations your skills would best fit and then make approaches to them on your behalf.

Your dedicated consultant is fully trained in all aspects of the recruitment life cycle including interview coaching and will support you in preparing for all aspects of recruitment selection (competency/ biographical/ panel interviews, assessment centres and even psychometric profiling) whatever level of experience you have. We will also manage the negotiation of any job offers you receive so you can secure the very best package and terms possible.
