We also spend time identifying your ‘softer skills’ and on the best cultural and organisational fit for you.
We take a fully proactive approach to identifying your next role - together we will put together a personal marketing strategy designed to identify the organisations your skills would best fit and then make approaches to them on your behalf. Often even where there is no existing vacancy clients will create a role around the skills of exceptional candidates if they feel you could offer additional value to their organisation.
Your dedicated consultant is fully trained in all aspects of the recruitment life cycle including interview coaching and will support you in preparing for interview whatever level of experience you have. We will also manage the negotiation of any job offers you receive so you can secure the very best package and terms possible.
