Psychometric Profiling

We are qualified to administer and score the complete range of ability and personality profiling psychometric test batteries. We have established relationships with the main test publishers and can advise on the best test battery to use for a specific recruitment campaign. This service can be used in addition to the others, or as a separate offering, and provides additional support to the evidence gained from face to face interviews, so a more complete picture of the candidate emerges.
